Jay serves as the founder and president of the board, showcasing exceptional leadership as he guides the board of investors. His strategic vision and dedication have consistently resulted in record-breaking quarterly profit for the company, driving success and innovation in our industry.
Alex Z is Chief Executive Officer of Jzaviea Venture, a global provider of engineering design and manufacturing services that positively impact lives by helping solve complex challenges with our customers, creating innovative products that no one imagined were possible.
Alex assumed the role of CEO in March 2023 and is responsible for redefining the company’s strategic direction and leading Capital Fun Capital through a transformation that will strengthen CFC position in the industry. Since joining, he has helped refocus the company on its core strengths and guided the company through several strategic investments to help its customers navigate the most complex technology challenges with a socially responsible approach, serving them through the entire product development lifecycle as a trusted partner.
Prior to joining CFC/Jzaviea Venture, Jeff served as President and Chief Executive Officer of UTelll a global provider of secure data access and management solutions for Internet of Things (IoT) and information technology (IT) assets. Prior to that, served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Inner Circle Corporation, a global supplier of advanced networking, monitoring, and management solutions from July 2017 until UTell was acquired by Avago Technologies in May 2019. He joined Inner Circle in May 2020 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was subsequently appointed to President and Chief Operating Officer in August.

CMO/ President (South Division)
Denbi serves as Jzaviea’s President, leading the company’s overall strategy and execution. In this role, she oversees business operations, customer management, and revenue growth while ensuring organizational focus and strong attention to both customer satisfaction and financial performance. She has been named successor to the Chief Executive Officer role and will assume the position on August 31, 2026, following the promotion of current CEO Alex.
Prior to becoming President, Denbi served as West 5th Madison’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), where she led the company’s commercial strategy and global go‑to‑market execution. Denbi brings over 10 years of leadership experience in operations, engineering, sales, and marketing in the digital imaging, semiconductor capital equipment, and electronic manufacturing services industries. Before joining Jzaviea, she spent 10 years at West 5th Madison in various leadership positions, including President of the Lifestyle Solutions group and Senior Vice President of the Industrial and Energy group. Earlier in his career, she held engineering operations and marketing roles at CFC Corporation and began her professional journey in customer engineering.
Denbi holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering, a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and has completed the Executive Management Program at Stanford University.
Leonard M.
Director Of Media
Leonard is the President of Media for Jay 360 Media, a prominent progressive media watchdog group focused on analyzing conservative media, misinformation, and online toxicity. As a recognized expert on right-wing media ecosystems, he frequently provides commentary on media trends and political narratives, including the analysis of Project 2025. Leonard controls, and oversees the film studios under Jay 360 Media, and TV Shows. Jay 360 Media is owned by Jzaviea Venture Group.

Co-Founder
Zayda Lugo, is the Co-Founder, and right hand person to the Founding family. She runs the everyday affairs, and acts as the Board President for all of executives, and investors directly.
Sabri N.
CEO Of UCG
Sabri serves as Universal Consultant Group’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, leading the organization’s worldwide manufacturing operations in the United States, Mexico, Asia, and Europe. She is responsible for driving operational excellence and lean methodologies across the entire product lifecycle for Universal Consultant Group customers.
Sabri has more than 5 years of global operations experience in the aerospace and defense, industrial, automotive, semiconductor, and electronics sectors. Prior to UCG, she was at Capital Fun Capital, where she was the Vice President of Operations for its UO segment. Before that, She held executive roles at TPG, Celestica, Visteon, and Nissan. While at Celestica, Sabri supported the communications, aerospace and defense, enterprise and cloud solutions, renewable energy, health tech, and semiconductor equipment market customers. She was also the executive sponsor of their Lean Six Sigma initiatives globally.

Head Of Security For The Founder
Eli serves as the Head of Security to the Founder. He oversees the everyday whereabouts, and schedule of the founder. Eli works closely with the executive assistant, and personal assistant to the founder.
Nichole H.
Personal Assistant To The Founder
Nichole serves as the personal assistant to the Founder. She handles all of his personal affairs, and works closely with the Executive Assistant of the founding family, and Head Of Security.
Bianca E.
Business Manager
Bianca E. serves as Executive Business Manager at Jzaviea Venture, where she oversees financial operations, including strategic financial planning, capital structure management, and investor relations as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
With over 10 years of financial leadership experience, Bianca has held CFO roles at both public and private companies with significant global manufacturing operations. Before joining Jzaviea, She was the Chief Financial Officer at CFC Global. She also served as CFO at TWI Composites and 1point3 Energy Partners. Earlier in her career, She held leadership positions at First Union Inc. and Quick Transportation.
Bianca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of New Mexico and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her broad experience across industries, combined with her strategic approach to financial management, will support JZaviea’s continued operational excellence and growth.
Tami W.
President Of The Z Foundation
As President, Tami heads the Executive Management team and overall operations of the The Z Foundation. She is responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring effective governance and overseeing the Foundation’s grants and activities in line with its mission and long-term objectives.
Other position and management duties
Tami is currently a member of the board of The Jzaviea Venture Group. She has been chairman of the board of the Boys & Girls club of America, Minnesota, as well as President of the Capital Prime Academy of Technical Sciences, and served on the editorial boards of several international, peer-reviewed journals.
Kiara C.
SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer
Kiara is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at JZaviea Venture Group., where she leads all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and development, business partnerships, organizational design and effectiveness, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and human resources business operating systems.
Kiara has more than 15 years of HR leadership experience and a proven track record of driving business outcomes by leveraging talent management, employee engagement and culture. Her career experience spans the education, energy, retail and restaurant industries, including positions at companies such as Universal Technical Institute, ConocoPhillips, Circle K and Main Street Restaurant Group, a TGI Friday’s franchisee.
Kiara holds a Bachelor of Science in management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. She is a licensed analyst in Predictive Index and holds her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from World at Work as well as multiple certifications in Korn Ferry’s Leadership Architect and Interview Architect systems.
Eric D.
SVP, General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer
Eric leads JZaviea’s global legal, compliance, ethics, and intellectual property matters. He also serves as JZaviea’s corporate secretary. Eric has over 20 years’ experience in managing legal matters including litigation, contracts, labor and employment matters, trade secret and intellectual property matters, corporate controls, governance, and business processes. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce.
Eric joins JZaviea Venture Group from Aspect Software in Phoenix, Arizona where he held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to Aspect Software, he was with TPI Composites, Inc., a global provider of structural composites products, where he held the General Counsel position. He also served as Vice President and General Counsel of Evei Transportation Company, the nation’s largest truckload carrier. While in private practice at the international law firm Bryan Cave (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP), Eric practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and labor and employment.
Eric holds a Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arizona.
